Site name: Malá Ida – Panský Les – APARTMENT HOUSES

Architectural design of the low-rise apartment houses complex attracts ones attention immediately thanks to its remarkable modernist design with flat roofs, large terraces, expressive composition which creates the building’s dynamic nature.

The complex will be composed of 8 terraced apartment houses in two rows in the north-south direction and one separate apartment block.

The complex of 8 identical apartment houses could be perceived as transition between living in a house and living in a typical apartment block. There will be only 3 apartments in each apartment house. Every floor will form a separate apartment unit accessible from the common staircase. Privacy and comfort of the residents will be guaranteed through large terraces belonging to the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors and a private garden with a terrace belonging to the apartments on the ground floor.
